The sprayer broke again! The plastic used does not seem compatible with non-toxic DIY cleaning solutions that contain vinegar and/or essential oils. Isn't that the purpose of this spray bottle? I would like to request a refund rather than replacement, unless you find a different supplier/source for the sprayer unit. We had a clogging issue with our nozzle for Bottle Service. At first the customer representative offered helpful problem-solving, but when those didn't work immediately issued a replacement for us. The service was very hospitable and quick to respond.

I have had mine for two months with no issues, it seems very sturdy and I use it everyday. I have it out on my kitchen sink and it looks so nice, I have the matching dish scrubber with sudser.

So far, so good. Am anxious to see how long the sprayer actually lasts. The bottle is nice. So many sprayers either clog up or stop stop working.
