We had a clogging issue with our nozzle for Bottle Service. At first the customer representative offered helpful problem-solving, but when those didn't work immediately issued a replacement for us. The service was very hospitable and quick to respond.

I have had mine for two months with no issues, it seems very sturdy and I use it everyday. I have it out on my kitchen sink and it looks so nice, I have the matching dish scrubber with sudser.

There is no spray bottle like this! It is made out of glass and has a silicone bottom.There isn't anything cleaner than glass which does not interact with anything. The spray mechanism is beyond phenomenal! It is so easy to spray, and sprays so evenly. I purchased several more of these after my first purchase to evaluate it.
