Order Questions

Do you take orders over the phone?

Yes, of course! To place an order by phone, please contact our customer service department at 212.432.0001. While our sales specialists can help you determine which products you need and answer any questions you may have, to expedite the process please have product SKUs as well as your shipping and billing information ready to go.

Where can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please log into your account and you can track as your order moves from processing to shipping. If you know your order has shipped, you can track your packages through the shipping confirmation you received via email, or by logging into your account  here  click My Orders, and then clicking on the order you would like to track. If you do not have an account or did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer service department by calling +1 212.432.0001 or use the contact form  here .

What if I need to cancel my order that I placed online?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please call 212.432.0001 immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. To give you the best service our automated process fills orders extremely quickly, so unfortunately the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

Please note: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.

What is your return policy?

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if not, contact us within 30 days for a credit or refund. To make a return, simply fill out the contact form and note you would like to return or exchange a product.

Please note: Return policies apply to purchases made at fullcirclehome.com & www.creokitchen.com only. If you have purchased your product from another website or retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

What if I have received damaged or defective merchandise?

We stand by our products and issue free replacements for any item that has a manufacturing damage, defect, or other seller related issue. To report defective or damaged merchandise, please fill out our contact form here .
However, while we design our glass bottles to minimize the likelihood of breakage, they are still glass and are not break-proof. Thus, our glass bottles are not eligible for free replacements due to breakage from being dropped. If you need a replacement glass for any of your Full Circle bottles, please visit our replacements category, where you can find replacement parts available for purchase.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our products are made with form, function and sustainability in mind. However, we do not offer a specified product warranty. If you feel that you have a received a damaged or defective piece of merchandise please fill out our contact form here .

What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed on www.fullcirclehome.com or www.creokitchen.com can be shipped to the fifty United States. Full Circle Home uses FedEx as their primary shipping vendor. Rates and lead times are subject to FedEx and Full Circle Home cannot guarantee delivery, below are the expected delivery windows.

FedEx 2Day (2 days)

Orders shipping Express must be placed by 3:00pm EST to ensure same day processing. Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. While most Ground orders process and ship within 2 business days, please allow up to 5. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking upon shipment.

What are your shipping rates?

Paid shipping rates may vary. Orders shipping within the United States are automatically calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery service requested, the size and/or weight of the package, and the shipping and destination postal codes. If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply.

Do you offer promotions?

Promotions are offered for a limited time only and result in a dollar or % value off product, order or shipping charges. Promotions require the use of a code entered during check out. Promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases or timeframes extended. Multiple promotions cannot be used on the same order. Promotions may or may not be combined on both Full Circle & Creo products. To gain access to insider information and promotional discounts, please register for our mailing list. Company Questions

What does the name "Full Circle" mean?

The name Full Circle comes from our philosophy that a product’s life cycle should be cyclical rather than linear. Products made from materials that come from the earth can have long, functional lives, and then return from where they came, rather than collecting in a landfill. Where are Full Circle products produced?

Full Circle products are manufactured all over the world. This allows us to be selective about the materials and factories we use to develop each of our unique products. You will notice on most our packaging that we list our products as “Responsibly made in China.” Full Circle was launched by our four co-founders while living abroad in China. Many of our products use bamboo, cellulose and loofah, all raw materials which grow in China. We are involved in everything from raw materials sourcing (we have personally been to the loofah farm, and met the bamboo growers, for example) to production, to distribution. Does Full Circle support any charitable organizations?

As part of our effort to contribute to our community, we participate in a number of charitable endeavors and donations.
